Cookie Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-07
This page explains what betcalc365.com stores on your device, why, and how to control it. It complements our Privacy Policy.
What we store today
We currently use only strictly-necessary local storage entries on your device. These remember your theme preference and any bets you save in the calculator. None of this data leaves your device, and none of it is shared with third parties.
| Identifier | Type | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| bc365_theme | Local storage | Remember your theme (light / dark) | Until cleared |
| bc365_saves | Local storage | Store bets you save in the calculator | Until cleared |
| bc365_consent | Local storage | Remember your cookie banner choices | Until cleared |
What requires consent
We use a cookie banner to ask your permission before any non-essential script runs. The banner offers three categories — strictly necessary (always on, can't be turned off), analytics (anonymous, aggregate page-view tracking via Plausible — no cookies, no personal identifiers), and marketing (affiliate-network tracking pixels; currently inactive). You can accept, reject, or customise your choice, and change your preference at any time using the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.
Your control
You can clear local storage at any time through your browser's settings (typically under "Site data", "Storage", or "Cookies and site data"). Clearing local storage will remove your theme preference and any saved bets — these will not regenerate.
If you've given consent for any non-essential storage, you can withdraw it at any time using the cookie banner controls. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before withdrawal.
Third-party storage
When you click an outbound link to a partner bookmaker, that partner may store cookies on your device under their own privacy policy. We have no control over third-party cookies set after you leave our site.
Changes to this policy
We update this list whenever we add or remove storage. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
